Warranty and Returns Policy

We're a small, independent business, so care deeply about making sure every customer is super happy.

If for any reason you're not happy with your order, please email us in the first instance, including a photo (where relevant). 

Our desire to make each customer super happy motivates us more than a bad review or chargeback.

 

Lost in transit

You'll receive an email with the tracking info once your order has been despatched (check your junk mail if you haven't). Please check the tracking info and if delivery is more than a couple of days late, contact us by email.

We'll do everything we can to resolve your issue and will send a new one if necessary. 

Damaged in transit

Please email us a photo of the damage and we'll send a replacement by express post ASAP.

Missing items, personalisation error or wrong product received

If we made an error with your order, please email us, including a photo. We'll send you a new one by express post ASAP.

First, please double check your order confirmation email to ensure that the items received are incorrect.

Top tip: if you made the error, please be upfront about it. If you are, we'll generally rework it or send a new one for free. If you pretend it was our fault, we probably won't be as generous. 

Faulty products and warranty claims

Our products come with a 12 month warranty, during which period we'll replace a defective product free of charge. The warranty does not cover wear and tear, abuse or loss. 

Wear and abuse

We get it, life (and dogs chewing stuff) happens, so where possible, we're generally happy to fix wear/abuse at little or no cost - just help us out with the cost of shipping. Or leave us a nice review or something. We're not out to profit from your pesky dog's misadventures.

Please email us with a photo of the issue and we'll advise whether it's repairable and the next steps.

Change of mind

If you change your mind after ordering, but before we ship your order, we'll refund you. If it has been shipped already, please email us for return details. We'll refund your order once we receive it back in brand new condition.
