Warranty and Returns Policy
We're a small, independent business, so care deeply about making sure every customer is super happy. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us by email in the first instance - we will do our utmost to make sure it gets resolved promptly and effectively.
If you are in any way unhappy with your purchase or change your mind, in most instances we will be happy to exchange, refund or credit you.
Please contact us via email first, after that you will receive further instructions.
- Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item
- Return your purchase within 30 days of purchase
- Return in perfect condition, unused with all packaging neat and intact, packaged suitably for transit. We would also recommend keeping the shipping receipt with the tracking number in case it gets lost in transit.
Missing items, personalisation error or wrong product received
If we have omitted items you have ordered, made an error with the personalisation or sent you the wrong product, we will provide a new one ASAP. Please do the following:
- Double check your order confirmation to ensure that the items received are incorrect.
- Email us with the details of what is wrong, including a photo.
Faulty products and warranty claims
If your product has a manufacturing defect or has been damaged during delivery we will replace it free of charge.
Our products come with a 12 month warranty, during which period we will replace a defective product free of charge. The warranty does not cover wear and tear, abuse or loss.
Please email us with a description of the problem, a photo and your contact details. We will then follow up with further instructions or send a replacement.
